Room Details:

This is the study room (10x8), with a dedicated washroom just outside the room

Comes with ample storage space

Bed and AC not included — you’ll need to bring your own

Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with 3 working professional females

Rent & Deposit:

Rent: ₹9,500/month

Deposit: ₹30,000 (Total ₹1.2L split among 4 people)

From 1st May

Spaze Privy, Sector 72, Gurgaon

Close proximity to Candor tech space, vatika business park sector 48, 49, 47 etc

It is a gated high rise society with all the amenities like gym, swimming pool, in-space grocery centre.

Kitchen Preference:

We maintain separate utensils for veg and non-veg cooking

Prefer someone vegetarian or comfortable respecting this setup

Utilities:

Electricity, maid, WiFi, and gas will be shared equally among all flatmates
