Hi guys, I Train Handstand pushups like this for a couple of weeks now:

3 attempts freestanding
2-3 sets if chest to wall HSPU with weight, focus on lean
3 sets lean drill, so normal chest to wall HSPU, pause at elbows=90 degrees for 2 seconds and push back, I do it cause I have a weakness in exactly this part when I do them freestanding

After this I also do Bodybuilding accessories:
3-4 sets chest flys
2-3 sets side delts
Abs, Traps or Forearms (not so much volume)

I do Handstand hold GTG and sometimes attempts but rarely nearly everyday. My problem is that I can do one good deep HSPU, but I can’t increase the reps since weeks, even months. Should I just increase the volume of attempts or work with accumulation sets. Note: I decreased the volume a couple weeks so I don’t burn out, but now it seems too low. What do you guys think? Help me out please.

Hey, I’m looking to work with creators, YouTubers, podcasters or brands who want to grow through TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts.

I’ve grown my own short-form page to 1.7M+ views and have experience creating content that gets attention.

If you already create content but don’t have time to turn it into clips consistently, I can help.
