I got around 100 red runners, but i only have 1 spider. So i would like to keep them from breeding if possible, or to limit it to a minimum.

Im going to lay out some solutions i've thought of:

1. just stop feeding them and let them eat each other (only if theres too many of course)

2. keep them in the basement (low temp, i would say around 8C-15C), though im worried that will kill all of them.

3. feed them once a month instead of once a week as to not let them get enough energy to reproduce.

if there are any better solutions i'm all ears!
