I almost always see people with really dirty PSP analog sticks, so I wanted to give you a basic tip!
Just take a cotton swab and dampen it with isopropyl alcohol to clean yours. These are the analog sticks on mine, both were very dirty, but I just did what I mentioned above and got this result!(Do this with the console turned off and make sure it is completely dry before turning it on. Use only isopropyl alcohol with 99% purity or higher.)

Analog sticks like new!!
