Can't connect to Data - looking for potential solutions while waiting for callback
I recently swapped over to Bell and have been having a few different issues. In total I have three lines, and the current problem is with the BYOD. It's an iphone11 and the plan includes data, yet when wifi is turned off it does not connect.
The plan was from Costco Wireless and I took it to them to try and resolve. They started a ticket with Bell, who claims they did something on the back end that should have resolved it, but the phone still refuses to connect. Looking for any possible solutions that Bell might have overlooked/not informed me of yet.
PS, if it matters, the phone is using an eSIM and the primary number displayed does not match what the actual number is.
