Hello, I am Christian! My friend Brayden and I are searching for an additional person to join a 3 bed apartment, we are mostly in the Bushwick area, but open to other areas if it is easily commutable to Chelsea/Midtown.
We are looking for a June 1st move in at around a $4500 or less space (so about $1500/each)(down to split based on room sizes).
We both are in our mid 20's, work in immersive theatre so work most nights, but also run our own small theatre companies so get pretty busy during the daytime too. We would love to host people now and then, I love to throw a themed party haha. We also both enjoy quiet time to just hang and chill too.
I have a cat Gumbo and he has two cats, Pockets & Pip, so we would prefer to keep it to those three animals.
