I've been using OBS to record gameplay, I watched a few youtube videos and I did manage to use the best settings for OBS, and for a period of time it was working, I mean, in the game I barely had any fps drops, but now, it's just more uneven, drops more often, even when I didn't even touch the settings of anything, it one day, randomly got worse and I don't know how to fix it.

My laptop is a few years old, but it's a gaming laptop, G5 KC, it's got decent specs, and yes, my fps is capped in NVIDIA control panel, but that doesn't seem to be helping at all
