After 18 months, multiple rounds of PT, extensive surgery, more PT, and a lot of back and forth with the state insurance fund, my husband’s case has FINALLY settled. We learned that worker’s comp legitimately seems set up to make people give up. It’s onerous, bureaucratic, complicated, and grossly unfair, but if you keep pushing and you have a solid attorney it can be done. So grateful for the group for all of your help and support.
