Hi! I just received my new Ergobaby omni 360 carrier and was wondering how to move the sliders down, it seems to be locked in place. At the top, there’s a little circular lock that keeps it in place. Is there any button I should click to be able to move it? Been doing a lot of research but this seems to be a non-issue for others. Thank you.
