Hey y'all, new shop, have done 3 orders to Canada this month.

I still have the new shop 14 day hold and 45 day 30% reserves. When I used Etsy's labels for those orders, they never update from pre-transit, so even though I've shipped them and they've been delivered, again, using etsy's labels, those funds are subject to the reserve because Etsy can't update their own system, despite USPS and Canada Post both showing delivered.

This isn't an acceptance issue, all tracking websites EXCEPT Etsy's show scans and delivered.

I had one buyer reach out because it hadn't updated on their end, too, and they were freaking out.

Anyone know any tricks to getting this to work correctly?
