I have been teaching a number of classes on AI for two years now, and have been an educator for 30 years. One was on Genspark and how great it was, versatile, and so on.

Due to inaction from devs to my questions and the insane nature of credit use and limits on tokens, I have permanently cancelled it. It was getting you many customers, at least a few dozen just this year, but I can no longer endorse your company.

ISSUES:
1 - Deception in advertising: Unlimited AI Chat used to be unlimited, but now it is paused after some use for 5 hours constantly, with me having to plan my work for early morning, afternoon, and then evening sessions. Not a great deal of use either.

2 - Scam on Credits: In the past, you could drop 20 bucks on credits; now you need to up your sub. No chance.

3 - Insane increase in AI Agent Credit Use: I used to be able to work on documents for the month with the 10k credits, then it was a week. This morning, an audit on 30 files for consistency, 3 responses - 10k credits in 30 minutes. ABSURD.

I'm sorry, but if you want to advertise these things, then I would have no issue, but the way things are changed, its like a long-term bait and switch.

This is very unprofessional and sadly rampant with AI companies lately.

Thus, I canceled my class, and when asked, I will not have nice things to say.

Thanks.
