This post is for education so others can make informed decisions. Background: I had a 2024 blade 16 that I sold recently and it worked flawlessly for the last 2 years. I decided to treat myself with an early bday gift and I upgraded to the 2026 blade 5090 32GB ram spec for that sweet oled experience. I figured I would have another smooth experience however I am disappointed to report that my brand new blade that was delivered today and just unboxed has a very noticeable wobble on any flat surface I put it on. It makes typing and resting my hands on the device an unpleasant experience. On closer inspection it looks like my unit is warped and the underside chassis is bent slightly. I talked to razer support and they want me to ship mine back as it’s has been deemed defective from factory. However, this means they will only ship the replacement after they receive my defective unit which means I will be without a laptop which I need for work purposes. Very disappointed since I never had any issues previously with razer. I figured I would share my experience with this community since others might find this helpful information.
