Has anyone else had trouble with Rogue Lacquer?
I ordered 6 polishes from them on 3/31. I ordered through the Shop app and it stated that their current turnaround time was 5-10 business days.
After 16 business days, I reached out just asking when my order would ship. I got an autoreply saying they'd respond within 72 hours and their current turnaround time was 10-15 business days. Later that day, my order "shipped" but the tracking didn't move for several days after that. I kinda felt like they just printed a label to shut me up and make it seem like it had shipped. They never responded to my email, but...whatever. I assumed I'd eventually get my order.
My order finally arrived on May 4 and lo and behold, one of my polishes was missing. I was missing Fantasy Land. So I reached out again and got the same autoreply. This was Monday. By Friday they still hadn't responded to my email, so I used the Shop app to try to contact them and I emailed them again.
Is this standard for Rogue Lacquer? I've never ordered from them before but this is putting a really bad taste in my mouth. I feel like they're ghosting me and I didn't get what I paid for. Was my mistake using the Shop app? I wouldn't have known their brand existed if that app hadn't recommended it to me tbh.
