I recently built my pc and it boots up but i can only get into the bios with my integrated graphics. The gpu doesn’t give me video. However, the lights on the gpu do turn off if that tells me anything. Is there a way I can see if my gpu is being detected?

I recently built this pc and I wanted to test it without the gpu. I’ve plugged in all the cables but now whenever it boots the fans spin for a bit and then turn off and start again. I’ve tried reseating the ram but that hasn’t worked either. Build specs below:
