Resilience is the ability to face challenges and bounce back from tough times. While fear and anticipation of something difficult can make us feel scared and want to avoid and withdraw facing the situation, it is important to note that many good things can come out of facing a tough situation such as growth, that always occurs when we're out of our comfort zone. Similarly, being thankful and revising things that we're grateful for, can build our mental strength and ability to cope with difficult situations.
