Where do I even start?
Outdoor garage lights stopped working in September of last year, just getting around to looking at it. It looks like it was almost on fire or on fire at some point.. all fuses in my box look good, every outlet in the garage works. Tested the wires going to both lights on either side of the garage, neither are hot.
