Hello, first of all, I don't know if I used the right flair, this is a personal story I'd like to tell, perhaps it will bring change and a new perspective to us—players of Bloxfruits 🏴☠️⚔️🍎.
This story I want to share, an experience that revolves in hope, disappointment, and forgiveness.
So, it all began when I woke up mid 4 am, I knew to myself what made me awake, a game I wanted to play—I just wanted to roll a fruit really—to test my luck if I'd be able to win dragon east (I know, silly me).
Before I tested my luck, I first had a conversion with the bloxfruits gacha dealer, I still recall my exact utterances, but to make it short, it's me asking him to give me what I truly wanted. That I'd be beyond grateful for it.
Suddenly, after 5 minutes of (actually just conversing to myself) talking to the gacha dealer, a player suddenly went beside me, holding a kitsune, telling me to sit and he'd give it to me—he even told me that the amount of effort I put just to roll a bomb is such a pity.
Fast forward, about 3 minutes after thanking the bloxfruits gacha dealer, and telling him to give me what I wanted next time. I found myself sitting at the table, about to make a trade with the stranger I thought was genuinely kind to give me kitsune out of pity.
I knew my trade was nothing compared to what he had to offer.
"Glacier eagle, celebration bomb, venom, love" that is all that I had, and of course, whatever best I can give, I tried to give.
**And so the countdown begins**
3 seconds my heart was pounding...
2 seconds left and my blood is rushing...
I felt so grateful, that no word can describe how thankful I was, for this stranger who just pitied me, he showed me kindness—I just feel so happy.
1 second before it happens, I close my eyes, I feel like I'm gonna explode of happiness...
Plot twist: (which is no longer a plot twist really, because of how obvious what will happen next), he jumped off of the chair, and told me “I was gonna give it to you, but idk.”
I was left crying, I felt like I was betrayed, I see this person (I know for a fact was a stranger), but the kindness he showed me gave me hope.
What I couldn't understand is, why would he tell me and leave me wondering by saying “he was gonna give it, but IDK.”
It hurts.
It hurts me, but I won't let this experience make me quit the game—in fact it gave me rather a stronger hope, a hope that this won't happen to other players again. It may be disappointing, but at the end of the day, we must choose to forgive.
Ps. Please moderators, let me post this one, I put my heart in writing this one, hoping that it will be an eye opener for others. Thank you 🙏🏽
