Landlord says I'm responsible for HVAC filters and pest inspections

Just signed a lease and I'm curious if this is normal. To be fair, I think the 'pest inspection' part might just be unclear wording because I did ask if the landlord would be down to arrange an inspection for pests before I start moving furniture in, because the current tenants are messy (no clear signs of pests during the tour but it was musty and untidy because they have 3 cats). They declined, which is totally fine and expected, but said once my lease begins I can arrange my own services - and that's why they included this in the writing below:

>"Tenants are responsible for changing HVAC filters regularly and replacing light bulbs as needed post move in. Pest Inspections are allowed and at the expense of the tenant."

Is this normal for a tenant to be financially responsible for these? My last 2 landlords always provided the HVAC filters, which I'd change out myself but didn't have to buy.

As for the pest inspections, it's safe to assume they mean just routine inspections and not actual extermination if pests are present, because landlords must maintain habitability, right? Should I ask them to revise that section to be more clear?

Also this writing did not appear until after my landlord filled out the lease on docusign, which was after I completed my signatures, and is why I didn't see it before signing. I don't think he has bad intentions. He probably wouldn’t mind redrafting that part if I asked.
