Hi there,

First post here so be kind. I recently noticed some rust on my electrical panel that is on the breakers and appears to be bubbling up the paint on the bottom inside of the panel.

I'm not seeing any active leak that could be causing it.

I know that this panel is old and undersized, and the previous owners might have not done things correctly, but I'm looking to identify if this is potentially dangerous and warrants paying for repairs.

Any polite thoughts/advice would be appreciated.
