Twenty Years Late, But Still On Time - Album by Hollywood Marriage
Hey guys, a couple months ago I released my first album Twenty Years Late But Still on Time. It’s a cross between pop punk and a little bit of post hardcore (think elements of blink-182 blended with A Day to Remember) that I’ve been writing since 2018. A lot of these songs evolved a lot over the years. I used to upload instrumentals to newgrounds back in the day, but this is the first time I’ve ever sang on an album or let anyone hear any of my lyrics. It’s gotten fairly popular in my hometown and the album just crossed 500 streams and me and my friends are currently hard at work on the next one, so I’m ready for some constructive criticism. All of the lyrics were fully written by me. The instruments are a cross between real musicians and digital music programs depending on what I had available at the time of recording. I hope everyone enjoys it! And I’ll take any constructive criticism you have.
Also I’m aware that 14 songs is longer than a standard album. The next one won’t have quite as many songs.
