Hi all, hoping someone can help me read the signature on a Japanese four-panel folding screen (byobu) I inherited from my grandmother. The screen depicts three cats on a gold leaf ground, in what looks like Showa-period Nihonga style.

I'm trying to identify the artist. There are two cursive kanji in sumi ink and a red square seal (rakkan) below in seal script. I can't read either confidently.
