Cattle Decapitation - The Experince.
So some time ago a parcel arrived with some records, including Terrasite. I have never listened to the band, mind you. So today i finally had a free evening and decided to spin it. "Hm that... does not sound like brutal death/grind to me. More like death doom actually, Katatonia vibes??? But hey, who cares, still great stuff!" - was my reaction. Few hours later i browse Metal Blades shop to see if anything else is available from the band. And... the same Terrasite edition pops. Marcketed as "45 rpm audiophile edition". "No hell no, there is just no way?!" - i rush to check my copy and... Yes, you've guessed it - dumbass me somehow didnt notice the sticker on the sleeve AND "45 rpm" sign on both records and played it at the standard 33 1/2. Quite the experience let me tell you to spin it at the correct speed afterwards. Too bad my turntable doesnt have 78 rpm mode heh.
