My face is full of these whiteheads and looks like that almost all the time, can someone point me in the right direction.

Under my lips some of the whiteheads started to become dark. They never go away.
I take multivitamins, fish oils and drink plenty of water. Mu skin is usually oily.
Should I see a dermatologist or is it some easy fix.

I am the dude that was complaining about how painful my retwist was. I did the retwist at night and looking at them the following morning I am not really satisfied plus seeing the parts no wonder it was so painful. I left with a headache
