hello, I'm a 140kg male, height is 5ft 8in, age is 25. My maintenance is around 3000 calories as seen on online calculator. I'm consuming around 1500-1800 calories per day with 4 days a week of exercises i.e. 30mins of interval Walking Training (3mins fast and 3 mins slow), 20 situps, 30 squats since 2 weeks. I increase them after I build tolerance. I have about 45% fat and I'm trying to fatloss. How do I do it in 8 months and if it is possible.
also, please any knowledgeable comment down any underrated tips and suggestions are well appreciated.
