I just think it’s ridiculous and cheap that instead of firing you from a job for misconduct or whatever the case may be they remove you from the job site and you’re forced to transfer so they don’t have to pay you unemployment money..

1:this can potentially turn into a vicious cycle of keeping bad employees with in allied that are going to be recycled onto wherever they go so the next site has to deal with them and their problems..not to mention this sounds like a disaster waiting to happen and can lead to legal troubles

2: how cheap can the leading security company be? Instead of paying someone unemployment via firing them you choose to keep them in the company to potentially tarnish your reputation and deal with future problems? It would be understandable if they transferred or were removed from a site for a valid reason but for this to be the standard procedure is laughable and sad. Another reason why Allied isn’t taken seriously 🤦‍♂️
