"Satisfactory Interview" to "Did Not Qualify"
I've had a couple past interviews go from being labeled as "Satisfactory Interview" to "Did Not Qualify." I thought Satisfactory Interview meant we met basic qualifications in the interviewing process, then hiring managers only review applications from folks who met base qualifications. Did I misunderstand this? Not being selected is one thing, but repeatedly "not qualifying" in the domain I have advanced degrees and 15+ years professional experience in...that's a lot of humble pie to try and swallow.
