Truth isn’t something people are actually looking for.
If they were, they wouldn’t avoid it so often.
What most people want is something that feels right,
not something that is right.
Because truth doesn’t comfort you.
It cuts.
It strips away the version of yourself you got used to.
And the pain that follows?
That’s not the truth hurting you
that’s your illusion dying.
The uncomfortable part is…
once it’s gone, there’s nothing left to hide behind.
Just reality.
