Like the title says my headphones just will not stay charged, first noticed it had started happening on Wednesday the 29th and noticed it as I'd left them on charge while I was at work and when I went to use them I noticed they were only showing 20% battery, at first I thought it was nothing just that id made a mistake and not charged them or something, but then id unplug them when they were showing 40, 60, 80% and try and use them and in not time at all the battery was back at 10% I've only had them since about January 2025 but I've also had issues with the ANC where I get a constant white noise using it which has been an on and off issue since about June last year at best guess, is my best option sending them to Sennheiser?
Just looking for advice on what to do, they were bought for me but the person that bought them should still have the digital receipt
