I'll be vague for anonymity, but I have a driver that is known for being passive aggressive with associates. Yesterday they confronted me in a way that made me feel threatened and unsafe. If I cancel them the next time I see them for unprofessional conduct, will I get in trouble if they complain to management?

My store management has said that corporate has made a new rule that pick carts have to be pulled instead of pushed. The stickers on the carts clearly say to push instead of pull, but management isn't budging.

I can already tell that associates are going to end up calling out with sore arms or crushed ankles. Where can I get a clearly written policy on this?
