Continuation from my last post ( https://www.reddit.com/r/datarecovery/comments/1snke20/restoring_files_from_a_factory_reset_windows_10_pc/ ). I saw all the files I was looking to recover with this software, and a lot of them appear to be the correct file size, but they weren't recoverable. Is there a different tool I could use, with a potentially better success rate? Would a professional be able to recover this? I also tried Disk Drill, with a similar result -- technically recovered the files with that program but they were unusable.
