I started out as a hourly L4 at RSR when they downgraded them to PAs due to the AMZL merger I took the promotion to L4 AM and transferred to a AMZL. I’m looking to transfer out of this toxic piss poor run site but I’m not entirely sure I want to stay in a DS. What is it like at other sites SSD, FC, SC? I’ve been in RTS my entire time I’ve been with Amazon going on 3 years now. But doesn’t seem like there’s growth in that area.
