I’m currently using the Nike Downshifter 13 for jogging in the stadium, and I’ve really liked the comfort and feel so far. I usually jog around 3.5 km on alternate days.

However, with the rainy season starting, I’m pretty sure the stadium will be closed, so I’ll have to shift to road running. Because of that, I’m planning to buy a good pair of running shoes specifically for road running — something comfortable, injury-preventive, and supportive enough to help me gradually increase my distance to around 4.5–5 km.

Note: I’m not training for marathons or races, I just want a reliable daily running shoe for fitness and consistency. Please help me find the right shoe.

I recently booked Flat No. 805 (8th floor) in Block I. From a Vastu perspective, do the flat number ‘805’ or being on the 8th floor have any impact on resale value? Do buyers actually consider these things while purchasing?

I’m planning to upgrade from my Pulsar 180 and looking for something better in the ₹4.5–5 lakh on-road range.

I was initially waiting for the BMW F450 GS, but it seems to be going out of my budget. I’ve considered the Himalayan, but a lot of people in my circle already own it, so I’d prefer something different. I also checked out the Triumph 400 lineup, but I’m not fully convinced with the recent changes.

Not interested in Dukes either.

What are some good options I can consider within this budget? Looking for something fun to ride, reliable, and a solid upgrade overall.
