I just received a card in the mail today, May 8th, 2026.
Stamped “returned for additional .29 postage” from October 21st, 2025! Where has it been all this time?! Is that normal. Just a regular 5x7 size card. Has a stamp but I guess needed a second stamp. Not a large envelope, no additional postage text on the envelope.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Curious as a first for me. And I send a lot of letters and cards. Thanks.
