Muffin Recipe!

Alright y’all! You asked so here it is, my morning muffin recipe! It started off as pancakes but I upped the amount so I could bulk bake them and freeze them. My babies have gotten them every day since they were chicks, nice little health booth along with bright orange yolks and healthy feathers! Lots of different health benefits especially with the chili flakes.

Chicken Muffins:

4-6 eggs (I use Paprika’s jumbo eggs)

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup pumpkin

1/4 cup hemp hearts

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup chili flakes

1/2 cup crushed egg shells

1 Tbs turmeric

1 Tbs garlic powder

2 Tbs dried herbs (I just use Italian seasoning)

Mix everything together, should be the consistency of cooked oatmeal, scoop into muffin trays or spread out onto a lipped pan lined with parchment, bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes depending how thick they are until the top starts to just barely get crispy, let cool, I like separating mine into a weeks worth and freezing them so they stay fresh and only need one bag at a time. With the base recipe you can add anything else you want! Enjoy!
