I love WW but I stopped when I started a GPL-1 a year ago. I’ve lost weight on the GPL-1 but now I’m stuck. I can’t seem to get any lower than 216 pounds. I’m considering signing up for WW again (along with taking my GPL-1) but what does the app for a GPL-1 look like? Does it track points? Does it track only protein? Will the app actually help me lose more weight than just the GPL-1 alone? Any advice appreciated!
