My laptop was operating fine, no issues - until I just opened it up and got this screen. The cursor, as you can see, is frozen in the top left corner and won’t move, so I can’t even choose one of the options on the screen.

I’ve tried restarting it wiggle also pressing shift, I’ve tried restarting it while also pressing D. The trackpad is useless - any suggestions??? I can obviously take it in to an Apple Store but I’d like access to first. All help appreciated.
