Sometimes when i boot my pc i get boot failure and it says
Cpu speed 4700mhz
Current BCLK:100mhz
Current memory speed 4800mhz
(This system has experienced a boot failure possibly due to incorrect configuration)
Is this a bios issue or a hardware issue?

Hello i recently upgraded my cpu motherboard and ram core 5 ultra 225, B860m gigabyte and ddr5 ram but kept my old gpu. It was working fine until i enabled secure boot because it was required by valorant since then my pc sometimes fails to boot and i get a boot failure massage on my pc. How could i fix this issue?
