I have been going to the gym for 2 years now, but I don’t notice a considerable amount of muscle gain.
For example, I have gone from 15kg dumbbell chest press to 40kg in that time, but my chest is only slightly bigger.
The only muscle group I can see are huge are my quads.
Is this normal or something I’m doing wrong?
