been going back and forth on upgrading our main tv and keep landing on oled, but honestly i don’t want something that feels high maintenance or needs constant tweaking. we mostly watch netflix, some sports, and a bit of gaming here and there, so just want something that looks great out of the box and works without fuss

for people who already own one, what’s 65 inch oled tv that just works reliably long term? like minimal issues, good brightness in a normal living room, and no weird quirks i have to keep adjusting.

coming from an older mid range tv and finally upgrading since i’ve been watching a lot more movies lately and playing on ps5. i sit about 7 to 8 feet away and figured 65 inch oled is the sweet spot, but now i’m stuck comparing way too many models and getting lost in small differences

for someone who just wants great picture quality and smooth gaming without constantly tweaking stuff, what’s the best 65 inch oled tv right now?

is there one that’s kind of the safe pick that most people end up happy with??

finally upgrading from an older LED and trying to build out a proper home theater in my living room. nothing super high end but i do care about good blacks, decent brightness, and smooth motion for movies and some gaming on the side. room isn’t completely dark, there’s a bit of ambient light during the day if that matter.

been looking around but kinda overwhelmed with all the model differences and panels… is the best 65 inch oled tv right now more about brand preference or are there specific models that stand out for reliability and picture quality?

just want something that’ll last a while and not stress me out with too many quirks, thanks
