I have an Asus Vivobook 15 X540UA for around 7-8 years and have numerous issues with it that were fixed slowly throughout the years.

The issue is the wireless card. When it's reseated, it has a chance of working. I'll boot up my computer, connect to the internet and it'll say the usual "Connected, Secure" but is unable to use the network at all. Task manager shows network at 0%, and nothing will load.

I was wondering if there is any physical damage that my eyes may be missing that I could potentially fix.

Some extra info, the fans been slowly breaking and getting worse over the past 3 months, the hard drive failed in November and I got it replaced, and for the first four years it lived on a bed. I recently cleaned the fans out, but it's making a horrible noise.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
