I hated it. Felt tacky and cheap and too “attainable”. I love the first movie for its poshness, unattainablity, tenacity, and snarkiness. The plot was similar to the first with the whole save runway from being sold. Miranda in the first movie was such a devil and in the second she felt like someone’s grandma. She had no spiciness or ego. It was sad because it’s what made the first movie so interesting. Also Andy? Is she ok? Like this girl almost had no character development since the first movie even despite Emily saying “you’ve grown more confident”. The confidence was not there at all! Also she was too empathetic and submissive to Miranda in this movie despite Miranda seemingly losing that dragon lady persona and also she was working alongside Miranda in a much higher up position not under her as her assistant. She basically felt like an assistant all over again. It was just so wrong. The fashion wasn’t even good either it felt like a commercial. The fashion in the first was chic and high end, this time it was high end and tacky. The only thing in the movie that felt true and properly in line with the first movie (it could have even been plopped into the first movie with out anyone blinking an eye) was Simone Ashley’s character. She stayed true to the theme of the devil wears Prada. It felt like nothing else did. It was just some cheap knock off. The movie lacked a lot and still was too busy and frayed. I’m just so disappointed it actually ruined my day and there’s so much more I could complain about. Just throw out the whole movie.

So you know how people (kids mainly) used to go to the arcades in their town like every other day basically? Do you think people still do that? Because back then it used to be super cheap to play at the arcades but now it costs an arm and a leg and becomes a one in a while experience. If anybody works at one I’d like to know
