Got a new fuse, new starter solenoid, new battery, and new kill switch/electric starter, the new kill switch/electric starter will try and start the bike even when in the off position, there is 2 female spade connectors that I can't seem to find where to connect them because when I got the bike they weren't connected, so that's probably the issue on why it'll try and go even when in the off position, but I still don't understand why the bike will not start, any help is appreciated, this is my first bike that I've wrenched on

A buddy gave this bike to me for free and as a project and I cant figure out why the electric start isn't working, I haven't gotten the bike to start yet and this is where I'm at with the bike, when I had gotten it it didn't have a kick start lever on it nor did it have a battery. The new electric starter I bought also has those 2 female spade connecters coming off of it but I can't figure out where they go and I think they might be the problem as to why the electric start isn't working, it doesn't even make a sound when i hold the button in and i also bought a new solenoid thinking that might be the problem but its not I also figured those prongs coming off of the clutch perch might be where they connect to but the clutch perch wasnt specifically made for the bike and also i moved the kill switch gauge from the right side of the handle bars to the left because the right was really crammed so i figured that might not be it anyways, and overall it's been a headache trying to figure out and was wondering if anybody might know what the issue could be.

Edit: Might be a blow fuse, will keep this post updated when I figure out if that was the problem or not
