I'm not holding onto it in the video

I looked underneath and I don't think the crankshaft is unbalanced, maybe the blades are? Or the flywheel key up top?

Seller replaced it with electric due to not being able to get it started without multiple pulls. Replaced the gaskets in what I believe is the correct sequence, cleaned the carb, replaced the spark plug and engine oil and now it's starting 1st pull.

This is the closest carb I could find that matches mine and makes contact with the manual choke lever above the carb.
