Horizontal Lines Jumping on TV screen? None of the YT fixes have helped
Hi fixer friends: my other half is completely bummed that our Philips TV screen is doing this weird jig. We reset it to factory settings and unplugged it, turned it off and on, the usual…but the dance continues. I would rather fix it than get a new TV so any ideas are appreciated!
