Night Market Simplified

I wanted to put together a concise guide on how to complete all of the Night Market's new content in a simple and easy to follow format:

Districts:

The night market is split into 3 districts. In order to complete a district you need to defeat all of the bosses located within the district as well as the skirmish event. The skirmish event cycles between all three districts on 30 minute intervals. Once this is done you will have consumable fragments in your inventory, consume them all to obtain that districts relic.

Relics and Dungeons:

Upon receiving the relic you will now be able to access that districts dungeon. This "dungeon" is a single boss fight. Once you defeat the dungeon boss you have successfully completed that district. You then rinse and repeat until all three districts have been completed.

Trial:

Once this is done you will now have access to the trial. Use the group finder, get 12 people and complete the trial. Congratulations, you have successfully completed all of the content in the Night Market.

Disclaimer: Yes I know there are little side quests like the time trials, oddities and daily quests and plenty of other things to do, but this is a simple guide for new players taking on the Night Market :)

For context I run a faceless gaming channel that talks about finance and self improvement strategies. I just uploaded a video the other day and went to see how it was doing and noticed this symbol (!) next to all my videos on my mobile device. I checked on my pc and laptop and the symbol wasn’t there? Any idea what this means, I tried clicking on it but nothing comes up?

My current Roth IRA allocation is:

70% - VOO, 15% - QQQ, and 15% SCHD

I am considering getting rid of the 15% of SCHD to focus purely on growth as I am 24 years old and have a long time horizon until retirement. I have been reading that most people transition into dividend stocks when they are closer to retirement, and I feel like I should be focusing on growth right now instead of playing is safe so early.

What funds would you recommend based on my current allocations to replace the 15% of SCHD with? or should I keep what I currently have?
