Finally got my hands on the Kuna and I'm very excited about it. I wanted to share my build here within the community. I’m currently waiting on my Form 1 approval to swap the brace for a Magpul USC stock. I’m also looking for input on whether the HBI Short Buffer kit is worth it for this setup.
Here is the current build list:
- Base: Springfield Kuna
- Suppressor: PTR Vent 2
- Grip/Stop: Magpul MOE+ / Arisaka M-LOK Hand Stop
- Optic: Holosun AEMS Pro X2 - Green Optic
Future Upgrades/Pending:
- Stock: Magpul USC Stock (Awaiting Form 1)
- Light: Streamlight Protac HL-X Pro or TLR RM HL-X
- Internal: HBI Short Stroke Buffer Kit / Enhanced Thumb Selectors
For those running the Kuna, what are your thoughts on the short buffer kit? Needed, or skip it?
