Hey everyone, had 2 quick questions regarding IGNOU assignments:

1. Is there actually any truth to the idea that if we submit assignments early, our marks get updated much faster compared to submitting closer to the deadline? Like do early submissions genuinely get checked/uploaded earlier, or does everyone basically end up waiting the same amount of time anyway?

2. Also, people often say we should write *at least* around 25 pages for an assignment. If I’m using ruled A4 sheets and writing on both sides, does that basically count as ~12–13 sheets physically? Or do they strictly mean 25 written sides/pages total?

Would really appreciate hearing from people with actual experience 😄

Quick question about IGNOU regional centres.

Are **regional centres** usually open only on weekdays like a normal office, or are they open on weekends as well? Since, mine is a college.

I’m asking because I’m currently out of state and my regional centre isn’t picking up calls or replying to emails, so I can’t confirm directly.

I’ve seen some mixed information online. some say Monday to Friday only, while others mention Saturday and Sunday.

So, I just wanted to confirm what’s actually typical.

P.S If anyone has IGNOU regional centre at DAV (P.G.) College, Dehradun, can you confirm.
