At a fundamental level, it's obviously the radicalism that must surely be tackled as most Islamists muslims and right wingers are peaceful people.

But how do we do this? Isn't it the case that any solution is likely going to impinge even more on our free speech? Do we ban extreme right wing rallies? How do we define which are extreme? Do we imprison more hate preachers? Put strict controls on social media?

I'm at a loss as to how the UK can effectively reduce the terrorist threats from these two groups without reducing freedoms and rights of the public.
