2017 Toyota Tacoma trd off road 3.5L V6 (2GR-FKS)

Trying to figure out what is causing the cycling/repeating noise in the video.

Took my tacoma in to dealership yesterday for oil change and tirerotation. Sound was not present before. Noticed this while driving shortly after the maintenance was completed. The sound is only present when the car is moving and starts above 10mph. It gets faster as I speed up but doesn’t not seem tied to acceleration, but rather just speed.

If anyone has any ideas what this noise could be or things to check I would appreciate the help. I have contacted the dealership but have not heard back yet.
