My Dolby Access is going back and forth in my Tuf device

Hey guys, recently I'm facing this issue of unavailability of Dolby Atmos which come for life time with my TUF Device (FX608JMR).
i have tried a lot of things,
messed with drivers, removed and added services in "services.msc"

funny thing is that when i thought of posting about this issue earlier today, it was working fine , so i didnt post about the issue
but here it is again , i dont know what is causing this issue

are you guys also facing this issue? and if yes, can you help me get back my Dolby access??
